- Shipping on all *in-stock items has an estimated dispatch time of 2-3 business days. In some circumstances due to unforced errors, this time may be longer.
- If certain items are ordered to size, shipping time may be extended.
- All items will be shipped by tracked UK Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.
Returns Policy and Exchanges – Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 15 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective but unused. Items returned must be in resalable condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges- Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our store on 01580 763155 stating your order number and the nature of the fault. Please return any faulty goods and subject to confirmation, we will refund you in full (including the cost of postage up to the original delivery cost) or offer you an exchange.
Returning by Post
In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently, please follow these instructions:

Please repack your goods along with a note about the reason for the return, and post back to us with a printout of your order confirmation sent by email when the purchase was made (which includes all the information we need to identify your order). Should you no longer have the original invoice/receipt, please include the reason for the return, your name/address.

You must send your return using a secure or trackable method – eg. recorded/special delivery – and please retain proof of postage. Please note that until we receive your return the items and their condition are your responsibility.
